• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Connecticut or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room setting
• Perform triage, assessment, and rapid intervention for acute and emergent conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with hospital policies
