Manchester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking dependable and clinically strong LPN Charge Nurses for per diem day and evening shifts. The Charge Nurse provides direct resident care while supervising CNAs and other nursing personnel.
Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating admissions and discharges, and ensuring care plan adherence. Weekend/holiday availability may be required; CT license and LTC experience preferred.
