What You’ll Do
  • Performing incoming, in‑process, and final product inspections.
  • Using inspection tools, from basic hand tools to advanced CMM capabilities.
  • Verifying calibration of inspection equipment.
  • Reviewing product and paperwork to meet blueprint, spec, and P.O. requirements.
  • Supporting FAI (First Article Inspection) documentation.
  • Creating and managing Non‑Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
  • Participating in internal and external audits.
  • Providing input on manufacturing work instructions and inspection methods.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement to strengthen our quality system.
What You’ll Bring
  • AS/BS in a technical field is preferred; HS diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of experience accepted (relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Quality Control.
  • Familiarity with aerospace regulatory standards (preferred).
  • Technical proficiency with inspection & test equipment.
  • Knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • U.S. Citizenship (required).
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and sit for long periods.
  • Strong foundation in quality control methodologies.
  • Analytical problem‑solving abilities.
  • Blueprint, spec, and work instruction interpretation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ERP, and inspection software.
  • Mechanical aptitude & basic shop math.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Location‑Specific Pay Range: $30—$34.50 USD.
