Hourly Rate: $20.94 - $21.19 per hour.

• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Support the store manager in overall store operations.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Physical demands: in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Work up to 38 hours per week.
