A mobile associate (MA) works as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced environment where customer needs are their first focus.

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare‑bones device and service plan.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expertise.

• Approach sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Become proficient in digital tools designed to enhance interactions through onboarding and demonstration.
• Understand coverage, plans, and services to help customers live unlimited, stay connected, and explore IoT devices.

Complete training on in‑store experience, new skills, processes, and knowledge of systems. Build relationships with employees across channels and resolve issues to create a seamless environment.

• Strong desire to learn and master customer advocate skills.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Collaboration with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

• At least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Full‑time (40 hours) or part‑time (20+ hours) availability.
