Seasonal Sales Associate

We’re on the search for a Seasonal Sales Associate that will help lead our civic-minded, pop culture-driven brand. As a Box Lunch Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, ensuring fans can get their favorite merchandise. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages customers to return. Impress them with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
• Maintain the sales floor and ensure areas meet visual standards.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram updates, including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion trends and store updates to management and HQ.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of store resources.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.

• Previous retail experience is preferred. Passion for philanthropy and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay range: $16.35 - $16.85 per hour. Final salary will depend on education, experience, location, and other factors.
