Join us as a Hearing Aid Sales Consultant at Beltone New England, Carolinas and Virginia
.
We’re looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in automotive, phone, mattress, or medical sales who can bring confidence and enthusiasm to our team. This role focuses on evaluating hearing loss, fitting, programming, and maintaining hearing aids, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure optimal device use.
DescriptionIn this position you will:
- Perform hearing tests and assess hearing needs.
- Consult with clients about hearing aid options and fit.
- Program and maintain hearing aid devices.
- Offer ongoing support and follow‑up to ensure hearing improvement.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Coachable and trainable.
- Licensed sales professional preferred; unlicensed professionals welcome with 3‑week training.
Base Pay: $40,000.00. Salary Potential: $40,000.00 – $80,000.00 (First Year) + Bonuses.
