• Perform required inspections and preventive maintenance on MHE (lift trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers) to maximize safety, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Perform quality preventive maintenance inspections and maintenance repairs on all MHE as per company methods.
• Perform maintenance repairs such as inspections, scheduled repairs, and troubleshooting, including addressing all VIR write-ups, diagnosing malfunctions, and repairing MHE components.
• Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems, detect malfunctions, and recommend repairs using a pre-established check sheet.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance: replacement or repair of fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, fuses, etc., using appropriate tools.
• Perform minor plumbing maintenance: replace or repair leaks, unclog drains, trench and lay new lines, etc.
• Perform minor painting, carpentry, and masonry work (e.g., surface preparation, painting, hanging doors, fitting locks, etc.).
• Reconfigure, install, position, and remount modular offices and space (furniture, wall panels, work surfaces, storage bins, lighting, file cabinets, etc.) to maximize office space.
• Prepare surfaces and paint structures and equipment to preserve materials and maintain a safe environment.
• Order parts and maintain required documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience working on Material Handling Equipment (preferred).
• Experience with Crown lift trucks (preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics.
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Physical demands: stand, walk, use hands, reach, climb, bend, etc.
• Welding/fabricating experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own tools.
• Dependable, self‑motivated professional able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Two years of experience in facility maintenance.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry (plus).
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently.
• Ability to use common tools.
• Ability to understand and follow directions as given.
