• Inspecting film and bags for color variation, width, length, seal strength and visual defects.
• Complete accurate quality checks and required paperwork on a timely basis.
• Packing film and bags in cartons, according to workorder specifications.
• Verify weights and counts of product, while maintaining correct carton and skid counts.
• Weigh and manage scrap.
• Responsible for maintaining work station in a clean well‑organized manner.
• All other duties as assigned.

• 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work 12‑hour shifts.
• Attendance and punctuality are crucial aspects of this position.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced team setting.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others.
• Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and packaging specifications.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present findings to a wide variety of audiences.

The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $5,000 and $52,500; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range of $5,000 to $100,000 depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor’s Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.
