Night Shift – 3:30 pm to 1:30 am, 20‑minute paid lunch. Flexible start times available if needed.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEAs a Welder of truck‑mounted equipment, you will be responsible for consistently producing high‑quality weldments through the use of provided blueprints or documentation to achieve daily schedule attainment to meet customer demand. Welders are responsible for the set‑up, operation, adjustment, and regulation of welding machines, welds with or without the use of fixtures, and may utilize various tools to cut, grind, bevel, fit metals together and remove slag.
You will perform designated maintenance functions, assume ownership for quality of weldments, participate in training, perform daily 5S activities, and maintain all safety standards.

- Ability to weld parts using GMAW MIG.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, basic shop math, and tape measuring.
- Ability to operate overhead hoist.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience and/or associate’s degree or certification.
- Adheres to all health and safety rules and maintains good housekeeping and 5S practices.
- Ability to lift or push up to 50 lb.
- Typical tasks: bending, lifting, standing.
- Exposure to noise and welding/grinding smoke at times.
