Assembly - Day Shift

Assembler – Henderson Products Inc. (Manchester, IA)

Day Shift – 5:00 am to 3:00 pm (20‑minute paid lunch). Flexible start times available if needed.

How You Will Contribute

As an Assembler, you will gather the appropriate parts for each shop order, assemble parts and weldments, and perform quality checks to ensure final assemblies meet customer standards. You are responsible for the care of equipment, tools, minor maintenance, proper tool storage, and 5S activities at the end of the shift.

What This Role Needs

• Ability to assemble products per job instructions, blueprints, or lead/manager direction.
• Hand dexterity, working knowledge of hand tools, and ability to read a tape measure.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.
• Familiarity with welding, assembly processes, hydraulics, and electrical (a plus).
• Adherence to health and safety rules, good housekeeping, and 5S.

Working Conditions

• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
• Work involves bending, lifting, and standing.
• Exposure to noise, welding, and grinding smoke at times.
