Resident First Respect and protect resident rights, dignity, and privacy.

Keep all health information confidential.

Report concerns, complaints, or allegations of abuse immediately.

Promote a safe, welcoming, and resident-centered environment. Safety Matters Follow safety and infection control practices.

Recognize and respond to resident safety needs.

Use safety equipment and PPE  prepared for emergencies, fire drills, and disaster situations. Keep Learning Participate in training, education, and staff meetings.

Support teamwork and positive communication.

Contribute to quality improvement efforts that help us provide exceptional care.

Qualifications & Skills We're looking for a nurse who is compassionate, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents.

Required Qualifications Current Iowa LPN or RN license in good standing.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, providers, and team members.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR) skills.

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or rehabilitation.

Supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
