Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns and refunds, and handling financial transactions. Employees must be ready to assist customers with questions and may stand for extended periods of time.
