Domino's Pizza in Manchester, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at 667 Big Bend Rd. As a vital member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and delicious pizzas.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as restocking supplies and general cleaning duties

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Positive attitude and friendly demeanor, with a natural ability to smile easily
• Team player mentality and willingness to assist colleagues in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial
