As an RBT, you’ll work side‑by‑side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized, in‑home ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.

• Provide one‑on‑one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child's progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)

• Active CPR certification
• RBT certification

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
