AutoFair Entry Level Technician

No extensive experience required. Whether you're a recent automotive school graduate, have some hands-on experience, or simply have a passion for cars and want to learn, we'll help you build the skills you need to succeed.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, receive manufacturer training, and have opportunities to develop your skills and increase your earning potential as you advance.

• $18-$25 per hour to start, based on experience and skill level

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs as your skills develop
• Learn how to diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and applicable laws
• Work toward meeting productivity and quality goals
• Work closely with the Parts and Service Departments
• Take pride in the quality of your work
• Continue developing your technical skills through training and hands-on experience

• In possession of a valid driver's license
• Able to pass a drug screen

ASE Certifications and a New Hampshire Motor Vehicle Inspection License are a plus, but are not required.
