Job Description This product portfolio leadership role involves overseeing the strategic direction, development, and management of our service delivery-oriented product portfolio. You will work cross‑functionally with product management, operations, technology, and senior stakeholders to align portfolio strategy, drive operational excellence, and create value for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Product Management:
    Convert business strategy into a product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Ensure alignment across business unit teams and maximize core product value.
  • Cross‑functional Leadership:
    Collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to integrate and execute service delivery strategies.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight:
    Manage the service delivery product lifecycle, champion the roadmap, and evolve product scope, functionality, and integrations.
  • Process Efficiency:
    Work with business lines to assess, optimize, and scale service delivery processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing cost.
  • Market Analysis:
    Analyze market trends and competitors with the growth and voice‑of‑customer teams to identify product enhancement opportunities.
  • Innovation & Improvement:
    Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery products and processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as the primary liaison for the portfolio, communicating strategies, updates, and performance metrics.
  • Change Management:
    Advise stakeholders on change initiatives, manage the impact of changes, and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Performance Measurement:
    Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including customer satisfaction, operational metrics, and financial outcomes.
  • Compliance:
    Collaborate with technology and enterprise teams to ensure product alignment with compliance requirements and Crowe policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in product management, business operations, IT, or related field;
    Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of product management leadership experience, preferably in public accounting or professional services.
  • Strong understanding of service delivery models, customer experience strategies, and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute portfolio strategies that meet business and stakeholder needs.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Agile, adaptable, and capable of driving innovation in fast‑paced environments.
  • Experience in analytics and reporting.
  • Open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
