* Job Description:

** Working at Easterseals New Hampshire’s ECCEs is an exciting opportunity, as we are committed to providing high-quality, integrated child development services to children of all abilities. Our centers are National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accredited and our teams make this work possible!

* Essential Responsibilities:

** Actively engage children in developmentally appropriate activities for the supervision and instruction of the individual or group. Interact with children at all times in a nurturing and developmentally appropriate way, while encouraging self-help. Assist in child observation, records keeping, and assessment. Promote and model good hygiene and nutrition. Assist in the daily and weekly maintenance of an organized, clean and well-equipped classroom.

Adhere to all program and agency policies. Participate in ongoing staff development.

* Qualifications:

*** Interest and experience in caring for young children
* Ability to communicate with colleagues, listen well, and work effectively with others
* Obtaining and maintaining New Hampshire Early Childhood Professional Development credential is preferred (See Addendum – Child Development Center, NH for NH Licensing requirements)
* Meet all NAEYC Accreditation criteria

*** This is a Per-diem role
* Monday
- Friday
** Compensation:*** $17.00 We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time, eligible employees, including:
* Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability
* PTO begins accruing on your first day!
* Up to 9 paid holidays annually, plus one floating holiday of your choice. For programs that remain open during holidays, staff scheduled to work will receive holiday pay in accordance with program guidelines.
* 403(b) employer match up to a maximum of 3%
* Tuition reimbursement after one year of employment
* Student loan repayment for qualifying degrees after one year of employment
* Wellness programs: nutritional counseling services, reimbursement programs for weight loss & tobacco cessation
