Position: Part‑time Associate Optometrist affiliated with Lens Crafters.

Compensation: Salary based on experience; benefits and incentive information provided by Essilor Luxottica.

Job Summary: An Independent Doctor of Optometry will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor. The Affiliated Doctor operates the office and provides high‑quality optometric care while Luxottica operates the optical dispensary. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between the optometrist and the Subleasing doctor.

Responsibilities: Provide optometric care and service to patients, perform eye examinations, prescribe lenses, and work collaboratively with the Subleasing doctor.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered.
