** The Opportunity
** You will play a critical role in driving quality and process excellence by implementing and optimizing statistical methodologies across our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and improving statistical schemes, providing expert consultation, and ensuring the appropriate application of statistical tools for problem-solving and process enhancement. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of statistical principles, and the ability to collaborate with various engineering and manufacturing teams to achieve measurable improvements in process capability and quality.
** What You Will Do
*** Initiate and evaluate changes to statistical schemes applied in the production line to ensure their appropriateness and effectiveness.
* Closely coordinate with engineers to ensure the appropriateness of sampling schemes being applied in the production line.
* Review, evaluate, and analyze SPC summaries, and coordinate with responsible teams for appropriate actions based on findings.
* Oversee the regular review and summarization of SPC data for both Assembly and Test Manufacturing.
* Review and develop specialized statistical process control curriculum for specific levels of the organization to enhance internal capabilities.
* Conduct company-wide statistical consultation services to ensure that appropriate statistical tools, with proper and meaningful analysis and interpretation, are applied in problem-solving analysis.
* Evaluate and interpret results of statistically designed studies conducted for management presentations, providing clear and actionable insights.
** What You Will Bring
*** Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics.
* Familiarity with Statistical Software Applications.
* In-depth knowledge of Applied SPC (Statistical Process Control), Process Capability, and DOE (Design of Experiments) concepts.
* Proficient in using measuring equipment for annual dimensional monitoring.
* Good leadership qualities and above-average oral and written communication skills.
