- Provide technical support for manufacturing process automation and instrumentation systems.
- Lead and execute automation projects involving complex equipment modifications and process improvements.
- Serve as the Controls Lead for technology transfer activities.
- Support troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and quality-related issues.
- Perform technical analysis of process automation systems, including PI data analysis and control code troubleshooting.
- Provide SME support for Emerson DeltaV DCS and manufacturing automation systems.
- Participate in on-call support for automation and controls systems as required.
- Initiate, manage, and execute change controls in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Own and complete CAPA actions related to automation and controls.
- Review SOPs, Functional Specifications, work instructions, and automation documentation.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspections as the Controls SME.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and cross-functional project teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize automation system performance.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality, and site safety requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to contractors and project team members when required.
