CoreJob Description
The Security Coordinator ensures the safety and security of the clinic, its clients, staff, and facilities. This includes conducting frequent walk‑throughs, preventing diversion and theft, monitoring health and safety issues, and maintaining a secure environment.
Duties and Responsibilities- Perform a walk‑through of the clinic at least once every hour.
- Perform an end‑of‑day clinic walk‑through to ensure all clients have left the building and the area.
- Assist in preventing diversion and theft from the clinic.
- Monitor and maintain all aspects of internal and external health/safety/security issues, including the welfare of patients and staff.
- Monitor patient activities on center premises, including parking lot and dosing areas.
- Respond quickly to any disturbance.
- Assist with collection of drug‑screen samples as needed.
- Communicate with the Program Director regularly.
- Ensure parking lot rules are followed and that the parking lot and building surroundings are kept free of trash.
- Act always in the best interest of the company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
- High School Diploma or GED (Security experience preferred).
