Compliance Manager

Apply for the Compliance Manager role at KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting in Southern New Hampshire. A growing, well-established credit union is looking for a Compliance Manager with deep regulatory, risk management, and operational compliance expertise. The position is critical to ensuring a strong compliance culture, robust internal controls, and accurate records management across the institution. This role is a super‑hybrid opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and ensure compliance with all applicable credit union regulations, financial laws, and internal policies.
  • Oversee IRA administration, tax form processing, abandoned property processing, and record retention/destruction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all internal control reports.
  • Review marketing materials for regulatory and internal‑standards compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments as assigned.
  • Provide guidance and interpretations of regulations to management and staff.
  • Support member‑facing teams with error resolution and compliance‑related inquiries.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of the vendor management program.
  • Make routine decisions on compliance issues and escalates risks appropriately.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in compliance or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of compliance experience within a credit union.
  • Strong knowledge of credit union operations, regulations (NCUA, Reg E, Reg D, BSA, etc.), and compliance best practices.

Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000. Super Hybrid. Position .
