What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as an internal expert for the assigned program, optimizing processes and demonstrating value to partners
  • Develop relationships with payer personnel to advance both transactional and strategic initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional program execution and collaborate with ZOLL partners for feedback and consensus
  • Communicate goals and objectives of assigned payer programs to internal departments
  • Educate internal partners on payer practices for pricing, reimbursement, and claims processing
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong reimbursement operations background and fluency in insurance and medical terminology
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively at all levels
