We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our healthcare division — someone with agency roots who knows how to balance quality with speed and thrives in a high-accountability, relationship-driven environment.

You’ll lead full cycle recruiting across different healthcare verticals and your duties will include: sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through every stage while building long-term relationships with clients, candidates and industry professionals. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to execute search strategies, expand our healthcare footprint, and help shape the next phase of growth for Elios.

This role demands someone who can think strategically, move decisively, and communicate with polish.

• 3+ years of agency recruiting, full-desk or business development experience within the healthcare setting
• Proven track record of success, including qualifying for CEO Clubs and being recognized is one of the best of the best.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches with speed, accuracy, and detail
• Strong communicator, including being articulate, confident, curious, and relationship-oriented
• Business-minded recruiter who understands urgency, delivery, and accountability
• Naturally competitive and intrinsically motivated — thrives in a high-standard culture
