Position Summary As a Senior Desktop Technician you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support in the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktop systems, laptops, and end-user technology. Working alongside a collaborative team, you will help develop and deliver the high-quality products and innovative solutions that define Envision Technology.

• Provide support for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Manage and deploy devices using endpoint management tools (e.g. Intune, PDQ).
• Support Microsoft 365 GCCH, Active Directory, VPN, and related enterprise systems.
• Perform workstation imaging, software deployment, and system updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and resolutions.
• Assist in developing technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Support conference room technology, printers, and other end-user equipment.
• Participate in IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Troubleshoot authentication, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and Microsoft 365 related issues.
• Assist in infrastructure and security-related projects, including migrations and system hardening initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 5+ years of hands‑on desktop support experience in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and/or Linux.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra, Intune, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Occasional after‑hours support for business‑impacting issues.
• Ability to move up to 25 pounds.

• Position may require occasional travel between our two locations in Manchester and Londonderry, New Hampshire.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
