• Active license to practice law in New Hampshire
• 1 to 2 years of family law experience
• Strong legal research, negotiation, and client advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Experience with contested and uncontested family law matters
• Familiarity with court procedures within New Hampshire
• Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution techniques

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Proven track record in managing family law cases from inception to resolution

• Willingness to travel to our Dover offices as needed
• Commitment to contributing to a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Successful passing of background checks
