A law firm seeks a Corporate Attorney to join its corporate practice in Manchester, NH. This role offers the opportunity to work with leading corporate lawyers, engage directly with clients, and develop professional skills in a supportive environment.
Duties- Collaborate with partners and clients on entity formation and structuring.
- Advise on corporate governance and strategic transactions.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Manage billable hour requirements and maintain accurate records.
- 2 to 5 years of general corporate experience.
- Prior private firm experience preferred.
- Admitted to the New Hampshire or Massachusetts Bar, or eligible to waive in.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Bar admission in New Hampshire or Massachusetts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent client service and writing abilities.
- Hybrid work schedule available.
- Collegial team environment.
