• Handle complex, high-net-worth estate planning and administration matters
• Build and grow a practice with strong institutional support
• Represent clients in probate proceedings and contested matters
• Flexible work arrangements, including hybrid/remote options

• Develop tailored estate plans, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Manage probate filings, fiduciary accountings, and estate administration
• Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
• Handle estate disputes and contested probate issues
• Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals

• Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
• 3+ years of trusts and estates experience
• Strong knowledge of New Hampshire probate and tax laws
• Exceptional drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
