OverviewEpic is seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to help navigate legal risks as we expand our offerings in a rapidly evolving industry. You will manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel the company on competitive landscape, and grow into increasing responsibilities.

Responsibilities- Draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
- Handle regulatory and privacy litigation (plus).
- Provide counsel on evolving legal landscape and strategy.
- 3-7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Attention to detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- COVID-19 vaccination required.
