Pay: Competitive base salary + company vehicle

Schedule: mix of on site and in office

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Partner closely with Superintendents to manage field operations and project schedules
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure quality and deadlines are met
• Lead weekly project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
• Review and manage contracts, budgets, and change orders
• Regularly visit job sites to monitor progress, quality, and safety

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Proven leadership and client-facing skills
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
