Pay: $49,481.32 - $59,590.41 per year

Electrical Supply house in business 100 years is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, and maintaining a safe working environment. This is a hands on position.

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
• Manage and lead a team of warehouse supervisors and associates, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve any operational issues
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and generate reports
• Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory counts, and product returns
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate with transportation providers to schedule shipments and optimize delivery routes

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a distribution center environment
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and best practices
• Mechanical knowledge of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
