Job Summary
Randstad is partnering with a family‑owned metal company in Manchester, NH, to hire a TIG welding specialist. Qualified applicants should have experience welding both steel and aluminum, reading blueprints, and fabricating components.

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (First shift)
Educational RequirementHigh School diploma or equivalent.
BenefitsAnnual salary $52,000–$62,400 per year, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, AD&D, and 401(k) plan (eligibility applies).
Responsibilities- Perform TIG welding on aluminum and steel substrates.
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Fabricate components to specification.
- Assist with robotic welding operations (experience a plus).
- At least 2 years of TIG welding experience.
- Experienced with MIG, welding, aluminum, steel, and fabrication.
