In Manchester, NH, we’re looking for someone who lives at the intersection of programming precision and process excellence. If you can translate tight‑tolerance aerospace/defense prints into clean Mastercam paths, prove them out on Fanuc‑controlled mills, and coach teammates along the way, this role is for you.
Questions to consider
Can you create multi‑axis programs in Mastercam that run reliably from first article to production?
Do you enjoy designing manufacturing processes that boost throughput without sacrificing quality?
Are you comfortable setting up and operating CNC mills to validate your work and dial in performance?
When production data points to a bottleneck, are you eager to analyze and fix the root cause?
Could you partner with sales to produce accurate runtime, setup, and tooling estimates for quoting?
Do you like mentoring machinists and reinforcing best practices and safety?
What you’ll do Program multi‑axis CNC equipment using Mastercam for high‑precision components.
Architect efficient processes that improve productivity, repeatability, and quality.
Set up and operate Fanuc‑based CNC machines; execute prove‑outs and refine parameters.
Troubleshoot cross‑functionally to resolve manufacturing challenges quickly.
Analyze production metrics to surface opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop accurate runtime, setup, and tooling estimates to support quoting.
Train and mentor machinists and operators, emphasizing safety and best practices.
What you’ve mastered7–10 years programming with Mastercam; strong G‑code/M‑code proficiency.
Multi‑axis machining experience within aerospace/defense environments.
Clear communication, teamwork, and a positive, safety‑first mindset.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for problem solving.
