Registered Nurse; RN Supervisor – Specialties

Overview

Supervisor for nursing staff in Dermatology, Mohs Surgery, Pain & Spine and Cardiovascular. Manages patient assignments and flow within clinic. Provides oversight of patient care to support patient and staff needs. Serves as a lead, clinical resource, role model, and extension of management to uphold institutional priorities, policies and practices. Oversees day to day operations of each clinic and staff member.

Manages performance and coaching for staff.

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.
• 2 years of related supervisory/management experience.
• Must obtain and maintain clinical competencies as appropriate.
• Excellent written, verbal and computer skills required.
• Demonstrated abilities with problem solving, leadership, communication, fiscal responsibility and teamwork.
• Ability to work effectively in groups of employees and with patients and patient families is essential.

Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
