RN - ICU

We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Nurse to join our dynamic team in a 20-bed mixed medical and surgical ICU. Our unit is equipped with advanced technologies and provides care for critically ill patients, ensuring a high standard of practice and patient advocacy.

• Monitor and assess patients with critical conditions using telemetry and advanced equipment.
• Administer medications, manage drips, and utilize ventilatory support as required.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for critical care planning and interventions.
• Perform procedures including central line insertions, chest tube placements, and intubations.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort through effective communication and high-quality care.

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Prior ICU experience or telemetry knowledge is essential.
• Experience with critical drips, ventilators, or other advanced care equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing patient acuities.
