Solution Health in Manchester, NH seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for a hybrid Phase I/II Cardiac Rehab role. You will support inpatient education for post-PCI and post-CABG patients, coordinate referrals, and travel between Rivers Edge and Main Hospital as needed.
You will diagnose patient needs, provide teaching on cardiovascular health, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes in both acute and outpatient settings. A BSN is preferred and ACLS/BCLS are required.
