The Nurse Case Manager will coordinate nursing care, assessments, personal care, and emergencies, and work with health care providers to follow medications and treatment protocols.
Schedule is full-time 35-40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday with flexible hours from 7:30 am to 5 pm. Compensation ranges from $63,700 to $72,800 per year.
