Travel RN - GI​/Endoscopy

American Traveler is hiring an experienced GI/Endoscopy RN for an 8-week day shift assignment requiring endoscopy experience and ACLS certification.

• Active RN license (NH or compact) required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Endoscopy experience required
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in specialty required
• Flexible and positive personality fit preferred

• Endoscopy unit with 12 beds and 8 staff members
• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge RN, 3-4 RNs, and 2-3 techs; no night shift coverage
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Uses ERBE intraoperative equipment
• Meditech Expanse EMR used; experience preferred but not required
• Typical procedures include EGD, ERCP, colonoscopy, and bronchoscopies
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No floating required
• Required to work 1 weekend per month and approximately 1 night per week, except on assigned call weekends
• Scrubs provided or may wear own; no specific color assignment
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
