Auto Fair Ford is now seeking Hourly Entry Level Sales Associates to join our team. Starting pay is $20 per hour or more for experienced candidates.

• Exhibit consultative selling skills; assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority.
• Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high‑quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow‑up with customers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities and analyses.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.

• Self‑starter and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be reliable, organized and detail‑oriented.
• A tenacity for learning and eagerness to improve.
• Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
• Military experience welcomed but not necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
