Job Description
Join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team to help small and medium‑sized businesses manage their payments. This is a 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income, perfect for those who want to control their time and income.
What You’ll Do- Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
- Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
- Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long‑term residuals
- Work independently with full support and training
- Uncapped commission – top reps earn $100K+ annually
- Residual income – get paid monthly on your active accounts

- Comfortable with face‑to‑face selling
- Resilient, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented
- Experienced in sales (door‑to‑door, merchant services, or similar preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)
- Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Fully remote; must have legal work authorization in your region and be available to visit the field region as needed.
