LocationThis role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The National Sales & Retention Executive is responsible for both selling and renewing group business in national markets where the account is too small to justify use of a sales associate and an account management associate. New sales goals would typically be less than 60% of a normal Sales Account Executive and the renewal book of business would typically be less than 60% of a normal Account Manager.
Howyou will make an impact
- Develop strategies and utilize selling techniques to acquire new business sales (medical, wellness and specialty products) by managing pipeline and achieving results through sales process for national accounts.
- Generate lead activity and make sales calls.
- Leverage understanding of the consultant (AON, Mercer, WTW) community and/or national account space to produce sales.
- Manage projects and meet with key stakeholders to determine scope and deliverables.
- Participate in and utilize market knowledge in the request for proposal (RFP) production including geo access and disruption reporting.
- Develop and maintain consultant, broker and/or customer relationships.
- Travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Sales License required or the ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
- Direct selling or other sales experience preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Geo-access and disruption reporting.

* range for this specific position is $100,740 to $157,680. Location(s):
New York, New Jersey.
