Clear Choice Home Improvements is seeking a full-time (W-2) Outside Sales Representative to join our team, serving Manchester NH, and the surrounding areas. As a vital member of our sales force, your main objective will be to deliver engaging and effective in-home presentations to pre-qualified homeowners interested in remodeling their homes.

We equip you with all the tools and training necessary for your success—from your initial appointment to closing the deal. Our operations team will handle everything else, from lead generation and appointment setting to order processing and managing post-sale changes.

During your first 60 days, you’ll be expected to master our sales process and product knowledge through comprehensive training. We ask that you stay committed to our proven approach and consistently deliver our high-impact sales presentation to homeowners who truly benefit from our services.

Expectations:
* Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
* Participate in weekly sales training meetings for ongoing professional development
* Design new siding/roofing/gutter solutions with our proprietary iPad software
* Present pricing and close sales on a daily basis

Qualifications:

* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
* Confident and poised public speaking abilities
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and disciplined
* Ability to work independently
* Outgoing, articulate, and thrives in social settings
* Previous in-home or one-call close sales experience is a plus, but not required
