Base: $35.00/hr – $50.00/hr sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 for top candidates.

Full‑time HVAC Lead Installer responsible for installing furnaces, condensing units, and other residential HVAC systems independently or with a helper, meeting Brookside standards.

• Install residential HVAC split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, hydronic systems, package units, and mini‑splits.
• Install copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, and drain lines.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and identify solutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, educating them on systems, issues, and options.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and accept feedback for growth.
• Organize time and arrive on site ready to work.
• Attend company meetings as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety and handbook policies.

• Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
• 2+ years of HVAC install experience.
• Strong desire to grow and develop with the team.
• EPA certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
