We are seeking Youth Support Specialists to join our team immediately! Find your purpose by making meaningful, rewarding impacts in the lives of the individuals we serve.

Develop supportive, nurturing, and empowering relationships with adolescents as they transition into adulthood. As a leader in our Youth Transitional Services program, you will provide impactful, one-on-one guidance for adolescents with disabilities and at-risk youth to help them succeed in life.

Become a trusted role model, fostering a compassionate environment for our youth as they work toward their goals. Whether offering educational support, career coaching, personal skill development, or fostering social health and wellness, you will help students grow and thrive within their communities.

• You must be at least 18 years or older.
• A high school diploma or GED, and two years of work experience are required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are necessary.

$19-$22 hourly, depending on experience and education.

Opportunity to earn a $0.50 pay increase at 3, 6, and 8 months of employment—up to a total of $1.50—through our Career Ladder Program!

Monday – Friday, 1st shift, Per Diem
