As an Overnight Shelter Staff member, you'll be an important part of someone's night—and sometimes, an important part of their next step forward.

What you'll do:

• Welcome and support shelter guests with dignity and respect
• Help maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming environment
• Respond to needs and crises with compassion
• Connect people with resources and support
• Complete safety checks, documentation, and overnight shelter tasks
• Work alongside a team that believes everyone deserves a path forward

High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in human services, shelter work, crisis support, or working with vulnerable populations is a plus. Training in crisis intervention, CPR/First Aid, or related areas is helpful but not required.
