Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to deliver the Intercept program in Manchester, NH. You will work in the family’s home, carrying a caseload of 4 to 6 families and meeting them 3 times weekly to build skills and support reunification when appropriate.
Travel up to 60–80 miles to client locations, collaborate with courts and other providers, and document progress in an EMR. A Master’s or Bachelor’s in social services, plus licensure, is preferred.
