This role combines the end-to-end requirements management and business analysis expertise with a focus on quality assurance and ensuring the requirements are met throughout testing. As the ultimate custodian of the customer’s requirements, you will drive the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs from discovery through to testing and implementation.

Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering & Analysis
* Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
* Develop and maintain process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and user story catalogues.
* Foster a shared understanding of current-state and future-state business processes among stakeholders and team members. Agile Backlog & User Story Management
* Refine and prioritise user stories in collaboration with product owners, technical leads, and developers.
* Ensure user stories are clear, testable, and aligned to business objectives. Functional Testing Support
* Support the development of test scripts with acceptance criteria in mind, embedding testing considerations from the earliest phases of the project.
* Execute test cycles, validate solution outputs, and manage defect resolution alongside the development team. Continuous Improvement & Delivery
* Promote best practices for requirements management and quality assurance within agile teams.
* Identify and address gaps or risks in requirements traceability and test coverage.
* Act as the "go-to" person for understanding customer needs, ensuring these are maintained from discovery through delivery Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects.
* Hands-on experience developing user stories and acceptance criteria in agile environments.
* Experience working with agile development tools, working as part of a development team and supporting with functional testing
* Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality outcomes.

Preferred Skills
* Experience in requirements, user stories, and testing for delivery projects (not limited to any specific platform).
* Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
* Ability to balance business analysis with hands-on quality assurance work.
