Great Lakes Cheese is seeking a Bulk Cheese Handler to prepare product and cut to meet customer specifications while following GMP and safety policies. You will de-box, weigh, inspect, and pack cheese, maintain production records, and operate cutters and pallet trucks in a fast-paced environment.
We require basic understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to read production reports; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
