Production Operator - Manchester All Shifts

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday– Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 p.m

2nd Shift Monday
- Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 am

Aspen Technologies is hiring Manufacturing Associates to join our team in Manchester. We are a Tier 1 polyurethane foam manufacturer serving the automotive industry and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in being part of a team.

No prior manufacturing experience? We welcome entry-level candidates and are willing to train the right person.

• Operate production machinery and assembly equipment safely and accurately
• Help maintain quality standards
• Keepyour workstation clean and organized
• Meetdaily production and attendance expectations
• Follow established safety procedures
• Workwith team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
• Perform other related duties as needed

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing position.

Candidates should be comfortable:

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequently lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Working with machinery, tools, and production equipment
• Workingin a manufacturing environment that may be warm or cold based on weather and is not climate-controlled
